Auraware product

Vimlo

Tell it what you want to be able to do, by when, and what you have to train with. Vimlo builds the plan, tells you honestly whether the date is realistic, and walks you through every session.

Vimlo's animated demonstration of a goblet squat: a cartoon figure holding a kettlebell at the chest squats down and stands back up.

How it works

Start from your goal

A few minutes of questions: your target and date, the days and time you can train, the equipment you have — or none at all — and a quick check of where you are starting from.

Get a plan that fits

Strength, running, cycling, swimming and mobility, progressed week by week. If the date is not realistic, Vimlo says so and offers adjustments instead of a plan you cannot finish.

Train with a guide

Each session shows what to do and how: animated demonstrations, sets and reps, rest timers, and a quick log of what you actually did.

Built in

Everything a session needs

  • Animated demonstrations for every exercise, in your choice of two figures and at the speed you prefer
  • Works with a full gym, a few dumbbells, or just your bodyweight
  • Swap an exercise, or exclude one that causes pain, and the plan adapts
  • Reminders before each session, kept within the hours you choose
  • Progress: consistency, per-exercise trends and body mass
  • Works fully offline

Your data stays on your phone

There is no account to create and no server behind the app. Your plan, your workouts and your measurements are stored on your device, and Auraware never receives them.

Moving to a new phone? Export a backup file from the app and import it on the other side. See the Vimlo privacy policy for the details.

Common questions

Do I need an account?

No. Vimlo has no accounts and no sign-in. Everything you enter stays on your phone.

What happens when the free trial ends?

Your plan and everything you logged stay yours and stay browsable. Starting guided sessions, reminders and progress tracking then need the one-time unlock. There is nothing to cancel — no subscription is ever started.

I bought it on another phone. Do I pay again?

No. Use Restore purchase in the app's settings with the same Google Play or Apple account, and the unlock comes back.

Is Vimlo medical advice?

No. Vimlo is a training tool, not a medical device or a substitute for a doctor or physiotherapist. If you have a health condition, an injury, or are unsure whether a plan is safe for you, check with a professional before starting — and stop any exercise that causes pain.

How do I get help?

Use the contact form and choose Vimlo support. Tell us your phone, its operating system version and the app version (on Android: phone Settings → Apps → Vimlo; on iPhone: the App Store page) so we can reproduce the problem.

How do I delete my data?

In the app: Settings → Delete all my data. Because the data lives only on your phone, that removes it — Auraware holds no copy. See the Vimlo privacy policy.
