By using www.auraware.ca or any Auraware application you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
Access to PocketCubby
PocketCubby is invite-only. Access depends on an invitation from an existing member, and may be withdrawn by the member who administers a cubby or by Auraware.
Acceptable use
Set out the prohibited content and conduct, and the consequences.
Your content
State that members retain ownership of media they upload, and describe the licence Auraware needs to store and display it to other members of the same cubby.
Availability and warranty
Standard availability disclaimer and limitation of liability. Have this section reviewed; it is the one that matters most.
Governing law
Name the province whose law governs and where disputes are heard.
